Up on the Playlist, Before the Mountain
A work-in-progress.
This campaign is going to involve a lot of hexcrawling, so naturally we need dungeon synth. No individual tracks here because I don't really distinguish one dungeon synth track from another on an album, I prefer to let the whole thing wash over me. Anyway, ol' reliable for me is Old Sorcery and Tales Under the Oak. To that we can add a smattering of Atlantean Sword and whatever HDK happens to come out with while I'm running the game.

I will also be listening to a decent amount of death metal for this game, but I admit that, like with dungeon synth, I'm still not great at distinguishing one death metal track from another (Sentient Horror being an exception because of the relatively clean vocals). I'll throw out a general recommendation for ROTPIT in addition to Sentient Horror and leave it at that.

"Tales of all evil and morbid sadness / Rituals and black masses / Demons who summon horrendous malice" is more Demon Lord than Weird Wizard but that's still the kind of shit I want in this game.↩
